Braintree Police Log: OUI, Assault and Battery With Dangerous Weapon, and More

January 14

2:03 a.m. - Julian Eljach, 19, was arrested on Liberty Street and arrested on a warrant.

1:17 p.m. - Michael Walsh, 30, was arrested on Haywayrd Street on a warrant.

4:25 p.m. - Police made two arrests on Granite Street. Kristian Jacques, 21, and Jonathan Depestre, 28, were charged with use of a forged credit card, conspiracy, three counts of larceny over $250, and document forgery. Jacques was additionally charged with possession of a blank credit card and Depestre was charged with misuse of an RMV document.

January 15

12:00 a.m. - Vasti Mosley, 26, was arrested on Skyline Drive on a warrant.

January 17

2:15 a.m. - David Fielding, 33, was arrested on Union Street and charged with threatening to commit a crime and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
