Braintree Police Log: Resisting Arrest, Third Shoplifting Offense, and More

November 17

9:24 a.m. - Donald Gorrell, 48, was arrested on East Ashland Street on a warrant.

11:41 a.m. - Hieu Nguyen, 29, was arrested on Washington Street and charged with damaging property and attempting to commit a crime.

November 18

2:24 p.m. - Darlene Whitehead-Smith, 48, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with trespassing and shoplifting by concealing merchandise (second offense).

2:39 p.m. - Richelle Coderre, 27, was arrested on Washington Street on two warrants.

4:20 p.m. - Gabriel Nunez, 28, was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, malicious destruction of property under $250, possession of a false/stolen RMV document, giving a false name to police after an arrest, and uttering a forged credit card. Nunez also had an active warrant.

7:43 p.m. - Brandi Livingston, 40, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation (third offense) and giving a false name to police after an arrest.

10:02 p.m. - Police made two arrests on Granite Street. Sean O’Toole, 37, and Renee O’Toole, 29, were charged with shoplifting by asportation and possession of a theft detector deactivation device.
