Braintree Police Log: Third OUI, Shoplifting, and More

November 15

5:55 p.m. - Uriel Ruiz, 30, was arrested on Independence Avenue and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (third offense), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, tampering with a ignition interlock device with intent to disable.

6:37 p.m. - Police made two arrests on Granite Street. Deroy Smith, 20 and Jamayah Few, 18, were charged with larceny over $250.

8:19 p.m. - Lury Celestin, 29, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny over $250, improper use of a credit card over $250, and receiving a stolen credit card.

November 16

3:16 p.m. - Kellie Young, 45, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with possession of a threat detection deactivation device, trespassing, firearm use in a felony, and shoplifting by asportation.

4:50 p.m. - Sebastien Avignon, 18, was arrested on Union Street on a warrant.
