Braintree Police Use Pepper Spray to Subdue Lewd Conduct Suspect

Braintree, MA - A motorist that allegedly relieved herself in a Braintree parking lot faces multiple charges.

Cathy Loesch, 28, of Dorchester, was arrested Friday night and charged with her second drunken driving offense, failure to stop/yield, lewd wanton and lascivious conduct, disorderly conduct, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault according to Police Chief Russ Jenkins.

Shortly before midnight on Dec. 4, an officer observed Loesch exit her vehicle in a parking lot on Quincy Avenue and urinate, in plain view of passing motorists. When Loesch returned to her vehicle, the officer spoke to her, who determined during their conversation that she was drunk.

Loesch was taken into custody after she allegedly became verbally and physically assaultive towards the officer, kicking two in the process. Pepper spray was used to gain control of the suspect and arrest her.
