Drug Possession, OUI, Assault: Braintree Police Log

The following is from the Braintree Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned do not imply conviction.

February 4

10:19 a.m. - Police made two arrests on Granite Street. Anibal Gonzalez-Burgos, 29, was charged with possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws. Robert Tejeda-Peguero, 30, was charged with possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

9:38 p.m. - Manuel Pagan, 45, was arrested on Hancock Street and charged with armed robbery, threatening to commit a crime, and assault with a dangerous weapon. He was arrested for the same crime at 10:11 p.m.

February 5

9:42 p.m. - Police made two arrests on Granite Street. Manuela Depina, 28, and Aldo Fernandes, 32, were charged with larceny over $250. Fernandes was also charged on two active warrants.

February 7

12:12 a.m. - Steven Le, 25, was arrested on Commercial Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for an OUI and failure to stop/yield.

1:10 a.m. - Dennis Walsh, 25, was arrested on Pond Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, speeding, and dropping a cigarette/match in a forest/field.

February 8

12:44 a.m. - A 32-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family or household member.

11:53 p.m. - Three people were arrested on Charles Street. Anthony Busa, 19; Andrew Murphy, 18; and George Russo, 18; were arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and drinking alcohol from an open container inside a motor vehicle. Russo was also charged with a motor vehicle lights violation.
