BRAINTREE, MA — A Weymouth man involved in a Braintree car crash that allegedly resulted in a serious injury appeared in court Monday.
Randall Barbosa, 25, pleaded not guilty to causing serious injury while operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding. No additional bail was added to the $7,500 he was held on over the weekend and he was released on personal recognizance, according to court records.
