February 16

12:47 p.m. - Victor Burgos, 24, was arrested on Elm Street and charged with operating with a revoked license and a lights violation.

6:50 p.m. - Jerry Seel, 47, was arrested on Mount Vernon Avenue and charged with speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

February 17

7:28 p.m. - Sean Taylor, 41, was arrested on Cleveland Avenue and charged with motor vehicle larceny, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and carrying a dangerous weapon.

February 18

12:54 p.m. - A larceny was reported on Winthrop Avenue. Three days later, Joseph Donovan, 24, was arrested and charged with uttering a false check, conspiracy, and check forgery.

9:43 p.m. - Carlos Vargas, 28, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with speeding and operating with a revoked license, subsequent offense.

February 19

1:34 p.m. - Phyllis Jones, 29, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny over $250.
