Police Log: OUI, Larceny, and More

The following is from the Braintree Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don’t imply conviction.

January 15

7:17 p.m. - Daniel Reardon, 32, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense) and shoplifting by asportation. Charles Gates, 35, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250.

January 16

2:10 a.m. - Ryan Curley, 21, was arrested on Franklin Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, not having a license in possession, drinking from an open container of alcohol, and possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute.

January 17

3:42 a.m. - Derek Anderson, 34, was arrested at Granite Street and charged with drunken driving, resisting arrest, and possessing an open container of alcohol.

11:48 a.m. - Alex Ngan, 43, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny over $250.

5:40 p.m. - Brandon Gibbs, 28, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny over $250.
