Teen Charged With Peeping On Female Charged With Filming Faces New Charges in Braintree
Police say Jonathan Furr filmed a woman in a changing room while at his job at the mall.

BRAINTREE, MA — An Abington teen who faces charges for allegedly filming a woman in a changing room was arrested for the second time this year Friday.
Jonathan Furr, 18, was arraigned Feb. 6 in Quincy District Court on charges of photographing an unsuspecting nude person, accosting a person of the opposite sex and disorderly conduct. Court records from the arrest were impounded until Friday when Judge Robert Ziemian granted a Patriot Ledger request to unseal the documents, with Ziemian ordering the names of the victim and witnesses to be redacted.
Police say Furr was working at Ardene at the South Shore Plaza when he allegedly pointed a cell phone under a dressing room door while a woman was trying on clothes. Furr denied filming the women, but police allegedly found video of the victim on his phone.
