Ten Vehicle Break-ins Reported on Plain Street, One Charged with Vehicle Larceny

BRAINTREE, MA — A man faces multiple charges related to vehicle larcenies took place on Plain Street early Saturday morning.

Deiondre Hallman, 20, was arrested at 4:10 a.m. Saturday and charged with two counts of motor vehicle larceny, according to the Braintree Police Log.

Officer Peter Gillis wrote on the department's NextDoor page that numerous vehicles were broken into, in addition to the alleged vehicle theft. Police say nothing significant beyond loose change was found on the suspect.

According to the police log, there were 10 reported vehicle break-ins on Plain Street Saturday morning.

Residents are reminded to lock their car doors.

Arraignment information for Hallman was not immediately available as of Tuesday afternoon.
