Earlier today the Boston based law firm  Krokidas and Bluestein LLP announced that two of their attorneys will be honored at this year’s New England Women in Real Estate Achievement Dinner. Kathryn Cochrane Murphy will receive 2011  Leadership Award while Maria Krokidas will receive the Networking Award together with six other women. The team was selected for the award for their collaboration on the Wilber School Apartments in Sharon, Mass.

Murphy and Krokidas are among 14 women NEWiRE will recognize for their outstanding achievements at the 13th annual dinner scheduled for April 6, 2011, at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel.

“I am so honored to be recognized by my NEWiRE friends and colleagues with this award,” said Murphy.  “This is an organization that I helped to found and nurture, which makes receiving the Leadership Award particularly meaningful.”
