Brookline Police Looking For Person Who Reportedly Tried To Steal Cell Phones
The person was seen attempting to breach a secure cell phone display case.

BROOKLINE, MA — The police department is looking to identify a person it believes was involved in an attempted theft of expensive items at a store recently.
The person was captured on surveillance footage reportedly attempting to breach a secured cell phone display case. According to police, the person is a man between 5'10 "and 6' tall and between 30 and 40 years old. He was last seen wearing a black Boston Celtics hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and gray-and-white sneakers.
Community members with relevant information are being asked to contact detectives at 617-730-2613. The department emphasized that the man is not considered "wanted" at this time. Police did not disclose the name or location of the store where the incident took place.
