The person reportedly stole multiple possessions from a restaurant patron.

BROOKLINE, MA — The police department is asking for the public's help in identifying a person they believe was involved in a recent theft that took place at a local restaurant.
The person was caught on surveillance footage recently and is described as a man between 20 and 30 years old. He was seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a red winter coat, blue jeans, and black shoes. He was also carrying a black backpack and large gray duffle bag. The person was reportedly filmed entering the restaurant, taking a purse and wallet from a table, and then leaving.
“He comes into the restaurant, looks around, and puts his bag down,” Sergeant Rob Disario said. “Somebody has left their jacket and purse on a table. He snatches them up and makes his way out the door.”
