Structural Damage After Car Crashes into Chestnut Hill CVS
No injuries reported, but the crash left structural damage to the Boylston Street store.
A car jumped the sidewalk and struck the side wall of CVS Pharmacy at 1195 Boylston Street, knocking products off of shelves, and cracking the wall about 11 a.m. this morning.
Deputy Fire Chief Keith Flaherty said that the operator was evaluated by EMS but refused treatment. No customers or employees were injured during the incident.
An investigator from the Brookline Building Department went on the scene to evaluate the damage, but the store remained open with the affected area being cordoned off.
