24 Hours For The Lord

Saint Malachy, Burlington - 24 Hours For The Lord - Adoration and Reflection

Devotion, care, fondness, deep love and respect are all definitions of adoration. Eucharistic adoration is quite simply taking time to deeply honor the Eucharistic presence of Christ. Members of the Catholic community are invited to join parishioners at St. Malachy Parish in Burlington as we open ourselves to Him and His graces through a special 24-hour adoration opportunity on March 24 and 25.

24 Hours for the Lord, a community event of prayer, reconciliation and adoration will begin with a 4 p.m. mass on Friday, March 24th and will conclude with a 4 pm mass on Saturday, March 25th.

Throughout the experience, parishioners will be reading the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John in their entirety. In addition to opportunities for adoration and reflection there will be moments for reflection and community building. Light refreshments will be offered.
