6th Annual Wine Tasting – A Great Success

$30,000 raised for People Helping People!

Burlington, MA (March 2, 2017) - Café Escadrille helped raise $30,000 for People Helping People.

On Sunday, February 26th from 2-5pm, Café Escadrille hosted the 6th annual wine tasting event that helped raise money for People Helping People. This year the money raised will help send children from Burlington to summer camp. This year there were 150 attendees at the event which offered wine tasting as well as a live auction. This was the first time that this event only allowed 150 people.

"I love hosting events such as this because it is always such a pleasure seeing everyone come together for the community. This year, People Helping People limited the number of attendees so that people could all be comfortably seated during the live auction. I thought this was a great way to make sure everyone felt as if their attendance mattered with a more intimate environment, hoping to raise as much money as they could." Says Café Escadrille's Director of Events, Jessica Reynolds.
