Burlington's "Peter Pan" hits the mark backstage at Fogelberg Performing Arts Center

Preparations are near completion as Peter Pan crew members get ready to support the story of the boy who would never grow up

With a great deal of excitement and anticipation, Burlington High School’s production of Peter Pan will open in one week. The young actors have rehearsed for weeks, learning lines, songs, blocking and all the magic that goes along with a production of this scale.

When the 52 actors bring Peter Pan to life on stage at the Fogelberg Performing Arts Center on March 24th, the expertise of 53 production personnel who have also prepared for weeks will be in full working mode backstage. If not for the talent, foresight and dedication of each one of these individuals, the story of Peter Pan would never come to life.

Led by Artistic Director and Producer, John Middleton-Cox, the creative staff of Peter Pan has collectively worked the magic of professional theatre for decades. Included in this group are Music Director Andrew Mullen (directing the full company and a 15-piece pit orchestra), Choreographer Nicole Soriano (who also provides makeup and hair expertise), Assistant Director/Flight Supervisor/Props Manager Kevin Dean Parker, Set Designer Peter Waldron and Costume Designer Maureen Krebs (The Costume Room).
