Burtons Grill Hosts Nation-Wide Fundraiser to Benefit The Boys & Girls Club
WHAT: On Thursday, August 25th, 2016, Burtons Bar & Grill is doing good by dining out. The popular restaurant group, with locations throughout Massachusetts, Virginia, Connecticut, New Hampshire and South Carolina, is once again teaming up with local Boys & Girls Clubs to raise funds for the organization’s mission. All day long Burtons Grill will donate a portion of the proceeds from each {B} Choosy children’s meal, which features a healthy variety of options from each food group, to their local Boys & Girls Club.
Kids dining that day will receive a Burtons notebook (just in time for back to school!) with the purchase of a {B} Choosy meal, while adults can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a four course chef-guided wine dinner for six, with 100% of proceeds going to Boys & Girls Clubs. Burtons Loyalty guests will also receive double points on every {B} Choosy meal sold.
The Boys & Girls Club of America is an organization that offers parents a safe place for their children to learn and grow – all while having fun. Every single day working parents have to leave their children home with no adult care or supervision, and the Boys & Girls Club helps children to instead find recreation and companionship. The Club’s programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. It is a place where young people recognize their talent and bright futures are started every day.
