UPDATED: Heavy Fire in Garage on Garrity Road Under Control

Just before 2 p.m. Monday afternoon, Burlington Fire responded to reports of a garage fire at a home on Garrity Road. An additional engine has been requested to the scene.

Heavy fire was burning in the structure which was not attached to a home. The home is located at 12 Garrity Road.

The structure is reported to be a two-bay, one and a half story garage.

Officials say the fire is under control as of 2:10 p.m. Monday.
