New Italian Restaurant and Market Opens in Burlington
Tuscan Kitchen and Tuscan Market brings Italian cuisine to town.

This week, Burlington welcomed it’s newest business with the Monday grand opening of Tuscan Kitchen and Tuscan Market.
Located at 24 New England Executive Park in Burlington, the restaurant and market focuses on regional Italian cuisine within its 14,000 square foot building, delivering a true Italian feel with imported limestone from Italy and reclaimed wood and bricks as accents.
Guests are welcomed to the restaurant through Tuscan Market, which hosts prepared foods including pasta and sauces made daily, fresh salads, panini, pizza, daily baked breads, artisanal meats and cheeses, fresh local produce, handmade gelato, pastries, Italian soda and house-brewed coffees, as well as hundreds of artisanal Italian products to stock any foodies pantry. Tuscan Market is open early morning to evening allowing customers to grab breakfast, lunch or pick up dinner for the family. And customers have the option to dine-in at the 30-seat café, or grab their items to go. Tuscan Market is open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Burlington Tuscan Kitchen restaurant encompasses everything that guests have come to love about Tuscan Brands. The new location incorporates imported pasta machines, a meat rotisserie, wood-fired ovens, an open kitchen with seating, an expansive outdoor patio, a separate bar and lounge area and fireplaces to create a cozy Tuscan villa atmosphere. The restaurant seats 543 guests, 101 of which are outside and also has several private dining rooms.
The food at Tuscan Kitchen focuses on artisanal Italian fare. Those looking for hand-crafted pasta dishes can enjoy regular menu items such as: Truffled Marscapone Gnocchi with Mushroom Mista, Fava Beans and Shaved Pecorino Tartufo, or Tortelli Brasato with a Six Hour Braised Short Rib Stuffed Pasta, Super Tuscan “Riduzione,” Pan Roasted Cippolini Onions and Pancetta. Pasta isn’t the only thing on the menu at Tuscan Kitchen with numerous fresh salads, wood-fired pizzas and amazing spit-roasted meats. Guests can try dishes like the Signature Tuscan Steak Alla Fiorentina a 28 oz. Aged “Long Bone” Rib eye with Olive Oil, Sea Salt, a Rosemary Crust, Roasted Garlic Jus and served with Extra Virgin Roasted Potato & Onion and Seared Garlic Broccolini, or the Herb Leek Butter Crusted Pan Roasted Cod Steak with Rock Shrimp and Sweet Pea Saffron Risotto.

Tuscan Kitchen has extensive lunch, dinner, kids and gluten free menus. They also host a special Sunday Pranzo dinner each weekend for $28 per person. The restaurant also boasts a full bar and lounge featuring craft cocktails, an extensive wine list by the glass, half bottle, bottle and on tap, as well as numerous beers both bottled and on tap. Parking is ample and free.
