Truck Involved in Fatal Hit and Run Found and Identified

Officials announced Friday afternoon they located and found the truck believed to be involved in a crash that killed a pedestrian on Rte. 128 last month.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Massachusetts State Police made the announcement Friday.

Last month, the DA and MSP asked for the public’s help to determine the circumstances of a fatal automobile crash that resulted in the death of a pedestrian on Rte. 128/95 in Burlington on July 26.

Cliserio Cordova Ferral, 51, of Louisiana, was found deceased on the northbound side of Rte. 128, in the roadway near the off-ramp at exit 34, Winn St., in Burlington. At the time it was believed a dark colored truck, pulling a trailer, was in the area at the time of the crash.

Officials say the investigation is active and ongoing.
