Diverse Food Hall Opens In Popular Cambridge Neighborhood
The venue has nine different vendors with a variety of food choices.

CAMBRIDGE, MA — A brand new hall with various food offerings officially opened its doors on Friday in Kendall Square.
Eastern Edge is located at 290 Main St. adjacent to the Kendall/MIT MBTA Red Line station. The 11,000 square-foot venue was designed by Eimer Design and has seating for approximately 275 customers. It is starting off with a total of nine food vendors, with the last four being revealed today during its hard launch.
The vendor list features Clover, a Cambridge-based Mediterranean food business that started as a food truck nearly two decades ago, Juicy Jay’s which is getting its first physical location since being founded by Boston-based chef Jonas Beausejour, Perillas Korean Kitchen, which was founded in 2018 and named after the Korean cooking staple Perilla leaf, Everybody Gotta Eat, one of Greater Boston’s largest black-led eating operations offering comfort food, Việt Citron, which was founded by a former architect-turned-chef and uses traditional Vietnamese ingredients, Lone Star Taco Stand, which is known for its hand-made corn tortillas that blend both southern and western flavors, Bacaro Café and Bar, which offers light breakfast and coffee by morning and wine by night, Fuji Sushi, which is described as a takeout spot owned by a group with several similar franchises throughout Greater Boston, and Chatty Patty, a spin-off by the owners of Everybody Gotta Eat that focuses on beef, chicken and shrimp dishes that are flavored with unique Caribbean spices.

Eastern Edge is operated by Gather Group, which is a subsidiary of the management group Ithaka Hospitality Partners.
