Man Wanted in Connection to Boston Shooting Arrested in Canton

Canton, MA—Two men were taken into custody, including one with a loaded handgun, police said.

Tuesday afternoon at about 2:30 p.m., police in Canton assisted Boston police with a motor vehicle stop at the entrance to Windsor Woods Lane. During the stop, a 25-year-old Boston man was arrested on outstanding warrants relating to a shooting that occurred in Boston last year, police said. Also arrested during the stop was a 21-year-old Boston man who was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun.

Both were taken into custody on several charges. The names were not released.
