Larceny case against Canton man continued without a guilty finding
Christopher W. Bisbee, 29, of 444 Neponset St., Canton had a charge of larceny over $250 continued without a finding of guilty to Feb. 14, 2012 although he admitted to sufficient facts in the case.
The charge stems from a Dec. 18, 2009 investigtaion at CS on Washington Street in Canton. Police used store surveillance photographs and responded to a tip regarding two male suspects wearing hooded sweatshirts who went into the store and snatched four 15-inch Craig LCD flatscreen televisions, then fled in a large gray sedan. The court ordered Bisbee to stay away from the CVS store and pay $600 in restitution.
Case of auto insurance fraud against Lynn woman continued
Chenda Hou, 39, of 39 Richardson Road, Lynn had a charge of making a false motor vehicle insurance claim continued to Oct. 31 for a pretrial hearing.
The charge stems from an alleged Nov. 27, 2008 accident in Canton. Hou, the driver, claimed she was rear-ended by an "adverse" driver on Interstate 95. She also claimed that her cousin, a passenger, sustained an injury. The Insurance Fraud Bureau of Massachusetts conducted an investigation and Hou admitted that she added he cousin on the insurance claim form "as a way to make money." According to the police report, her cousin allegedly sought chiropractic treatment "in an effort to defraud the insurance carrier."
Canton man faces assault and battery charge
Levence Eutsay, 37, of 2 Williams St., Canton had a charge of assault and battery continued to Nov. 21 for a pretrial hearing. The charge stems from a July 9 incident in Canton. Police allege Eutsay ordered a relative to get off his property and physically removed the person by pushing him and grabbing him by the throat.
Case of Gloucester man who threatened to burn a Canton resident's house continued without a guilty finding
Dominic M. Spinola, 47, of 187 Essex Ave., Gloucester, had a charge of threatening to commit the crime of arson continued without a finding of guilty to Oct. 11, 2012.

The charge stems from a April 30 incident in Canton. The victim reported receiving five calls on his cell phone from a restricted number between 6:28 and 7:26 p.m. The caller left a message, which said, "The person that gave me this number should have picked up. Now the house is going to burn and no one will know what is going to happen. Oh my God." Police subpoenaed the victim's phone records and the subscriber caller came back as Domimic Spinola. The court ordered Spinola to have no contact with the victim.
Case of Canton man who allegedly pulled knife on sister's boyfriend continued
Derek J. Boutiler, 22, of 65 Norfolk St., Canton had charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and carrying a dangerous weapon continued to Nov. 22 for a pretrial hearing.
The charges stem from a Aug. 7 incident in Canton at 11:45 a.m. involving a dispute between Boutilier and his sister's boyfriend, whom he claimed was being a "tough guy," so Boutilier "stepped to the plate." The victim
claimed Boutilier brandished a knife and thathe ran from the house and grabbed a hockey stick in self-defense. Police searched Boutilier and found a spring-action knife with a 1-1/2-inch blade in his right pocket.
