3 More Arrested on Illegal NH ID Charges
New Hampshire State Police, U.S. ICE bag two illegal aliens currently located in Mass. and a Dorchester man at NH DMV locations.

Another day, another roundup of arrests of illegal aliens allegedly attempting to illegally obtain New Hampshire driverβs licenses, according to state troopers.
Arrested on Nov. 5, 2015, were:
- Gerpis Pena Reyes, 44, pictured center, of Boston, MA, an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, who was arrested on tampering with public records and unsworn falsification charges.
- Fausto Alexander Perez Alcantara, 24, pictured far right, of Dorchester, MA, who was charged on conspiracy to commit unsworn falsification and possession of a controlled drug (marijuana).
- Alberto Martinez, 50, of Boston, MA, an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, who arrested with multiple counts of unsworn falsification and prohibitions.

According to press statement, state troopers were sent to the Manchester DMV around 10 a.m. on Nov. 5, for a report that a man β Reyes β that might be using fraudulent information to renew a New Hampshire driverβs license. He was allegedly identifying himself as βCarlos M Acevedo Ramosβ of Manchester. Alcantara was with Reyes at the time and allegedly acting as an accomplice, troopers allege.

With the cooperation of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Reyesβ true identity was identified and he was also discovered to be a Dominican who illegally reentered the United States recently. Reyes was arrested and held on $10,000 cash bail.
Alcantara was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana and he was arrested and released on personal recognizance bail. Heβs due in court in January 2016.
A couple of hours later, troopers were sent to the Salem DMV for a report that another man was reportedly using fraudulent information to renew a New Hampshire license.
That man β Martinez β was allegedly identifying himself as βJose Juan Colon Nievesβ of Manchester. A trooper later learned that Reyes and Martinez were allegedly using the same Manchester false address when applying for their licenses.
According to troopers, Martinez also allegedly had another fake license under the name of βHector Manuel Adorno Barroso,β 46, of Hazelton, PA. Martinez β via U.S. ICE β was also found to be an illegal alien from the Dominican Republic. He was arrested, refused bail, and was held.
