Dispute Over Money Leads to Punch in the Face on Corey Street

July 23—Assault and battery
Victim on Corey Street reports as a result of a dispute over monies owed the suspect punched her in the face then ran away. A search was conducted to no avail. Matter is under investigation.

July 25—Robbery
Victim states about 10:30 p.m. while walking on Medford Street a black male ran up behind her, pushed her to the ground and stole her handbag. Suspect then fled into the Bunker Hill Development. Officers did recover the handbag in the rear of Star King Court.

July 27—Drug arrest
As a result of a drug investigation in the area of O’Reilly Way, two individuals were placed under arrest and charged with possession of cocaine.
July 27—Assault and battery
Victim on Eden Street reports while playing basketball the suspect ran up behind him, put him in a choke hold; and threatened him. Officers were able to locate the suspect on Main Street. Complaints may be sought in Charlestown court.
