Officers Arrest Two in Operation Tourniquet Location

Drug activity continues in the housing area targeted by the Boston Police Department’s “,” according to a police report from Friday.

Around 6:30 p.m. on Friday, officers observed a pair of Charlestown residents acting suspiciously near the Bunker Hill Housing Development.

After walking around the area and talking to several people, the pair—Angus Walsh of 125 Bunker Hill Street and Kaitlin Gould of 16 Dunstable Street—entered the building.

The pair and others exited by separate doors, then briefly regrouped. Walsh and Gould entered a building on O’Reilly Way marked with a “No Trespassing” sign and officers stopped them as they approached the second floor.

Officers separated the pair and asked each if they had anything in their possession that police should be aware of. Walsh reported that he “already shot it up.”

Gould reported that she had pills in her bra. Officers directed her to take the pills out of her bra. She gave them a slip of paper with four blue pills (believed to be clonazepam) and half of an orange pill (believed to be suboxone).

As a result of the incident, Walsh was charged with trespassing. Police charged Gould with possession of a class B substance and possession of a class C substance. During the booking process, according to the report, police also found a can of mace in Gould’s possession. As a result, she was also charged with possession of ammunition.
