Resident Prevents Robbery From Becoming Burglary

Saturday, June 16—Unarmed robbery
A victim on Polk Street reported that, about 11:30 p.m., a Hispanic male with a tattoo on his neck asked her for directions. The suspect then pulled the victims hair knocking her to the ground and stealing her handbag in the process. The victim also informed police that, the next night, someone tried to enter her home with a key, but the victim had already changed the lock so no entry was made. Detectives are investigating

A victim on Cambridge Street reported that, between 9:30 a.m. and 12 p.m., unknown person(s) broke the front stairwell door and entered her home. Money, jewelry, and various electronics were taken. Detectives are investigating.
Tuesday, June 12—Search warrant
As a result of an ongoing drug investigation in the Bunker Hill development, a search warrant was executed on Carney Court. Four individuals were placed under arrest. Drugs, money, and personal items were also seized.

As a result of an ongoing drug investigation in the Bunker Hill development, a search warrant was executed on McNulty court. One individual was placed under arrest for trafficking in cocaine. Drugs and money were also seized.
Thursday, June 14—Violation of a city ordinance
As a result of numerous complaints regarding kids skateboarding in the Korean War memorial on Terry Ring Way, officers responded and issued citations to nine individuals. The skate boards were also confiscated.
Thursday, June 14—Robbery
A victim on Cambridge Street reported that, about 8 p.m., an individual wearing grey sweatpants and a green brimmed hat entered the gas station and motioned as if he had a weapon. The suspect then reached over the counter and took money from the cash register. He then fled down Cambridge Street towards Sullivan Square.
Sunday, June 17—Unarmed robbery
A victim on Tremont stated that, at 11:50 p.m. while entering the side door of her workplace, a Hispanic male came up behind her and ripped her handbag from her shoulder. Suspect then fled in the direction of Bunker Hill Street. Detectives are investigating.
