Bay State Women Indicted in NH

Court docs: A former auto parts employee allegedly stole thousands from a store; a woman convicted of drug possession is charged again.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Ann Pellegrino, 40, of Peace Street in Billerica, MA, for felony theft by deception for alleged fraudulent returns of more than $1,500 at the Advanced Auto Parts on Main Street in Nashua between January and April of this year.

Michelle Smith, 36, of Westford Road in Tyngsborough, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, subsequent, allegedly on May 5, 2016, in Nashua. She was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court for possession a controlled drug.
