At 3:05 p.m., police arrested David Cote, 29, of Groton, following a motor vehicle stop. Cote was charged with operating without a license and giving a false name to a police officer.

At 7:09 p.m., kids were reported to be on the roof of a Groton Road location.

At 10:58 p.m., a suspicious house light was reported to be flickering on and off.
