The Concord Orchestra, conducted by Richard Pittman will open its 2015-2016 season with a performance by acclaimed violin soloist and first violinist of the Muir String Quartet, Peter Zazofsky. Mr. Zafosky will perform Tzigane by Maurice Ravel and Poema Autunnale by Ottorino Respighi. The program concludes with Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 1, “The Titan”. The Performances are on Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17 at 8 pm at the Performing Arts Center at 51 Walden in Concord.
