Concord Police Log: Town Plow Involved in Crash; Erratic School Bus Driver; Suspicious Subject Dressed in Cape

Mon., Jan. 26
- 2:55 a.m. A patient at Emerson Hospital left the emergency room and refused to come back. The patient agreed to return to the ER as a police officer arrived.
- 7:36 a.m. A driver reported a gray-colored CASE school bus was driving erratically in Monument Square.
- 8:22 a.m. A road rage incident was reported on Route 117 near the Lincoln town line. A driver said a truck tailgated her.

- 7:16 a.m. A municipal plow worker got in a minor crash with another vehicle on Lowell Road.
Wed., Jan. 28
- 6:54 a.m. Staff at Club Car Cafe said two vehicles were illegally parked near the business on Commonwealth Avenue.
- 11:37 a.m. A vehicle became stuck in a snow bank on Lexington Road.
- 11:12 a.m. A caller said there was a suspicious person dressed in a black hooded cape on Lexington Road.
