Grand Jury Indictments Announced: 1 Concord Case Included
The defendant was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence among other charges.

CONCORD, MA—Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments last Monday. Luckily, Concord is one of a few communities with just one Grand Jury Indictment. The incident occurred in Concord.
Here’s a quick rundown of the case from the District Attorney’s office:
Shui Keung Tam, 53, of Quincy, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense, leaving the scene of property damage, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.
