Permission to Pause: Progressive Muscle Relaxation
Wednesday, January 27 at 12 p.m. at The Concord Free Public Library (129 Main St.)
Join us for a lunchtime session to pause in the midst of a busy day and learn some simple techniques for relaxation and rest.
This session will concentrate on progressive muscle relaxation and a guided meditation to relax the mind and body. The session will begin with a few deep breaths to again quiet the mind and body.
Presented by Catherine Collins, RN, MS, CHES. Ms. Collins operates Healing Ways in Concord. Ms. Collins is a nurse and a certified health education specialist.
