Police Log: OUI Arrest; Bus Vandalized; Man in the Trunk
The Concord Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following incidents were documented in the logs.
OUI Arrest
Just before 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 29, police checked on a vehicle on Concord Turnpike at Main Street, in which the operator appeared to have fallen asleep. Police arrested the vehicle's operator, John L. Cerow, 45, of Hopedale, for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Bus Vandalized
Just after 12 p.m. on Thursday, police initiated an investigation into vandalism to a seat on bus No. 20.
Summons for Vehicle Violations
At approximately 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, police initiated a motor vehicle stop on Keyes Road, resulting in a summons issued for unlicensed operation of a vehicle, and driving a vehicle that does not meet RMV safety standards.
Man in the Trunk
Shortly before 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, police received a call from the Army Corps of Engineers on Virginia Road stating a black Honda Civic pulled into their driveway with the trunk open and a bearded male subject in the trunk. The vehicle made a U-turn and headed toward Lincoln. Lincoln police were advised, and Concord police contacted ACOE security in hopes of obtaining a surveillance video of the car. At approximately 4:45 p.m., police received a report of a black Honda Civic driving erratically on Concord Turnpike. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
