Police Log: Undaunted Dancer; Dog Bite; Computer Theft

The Concord Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

The following incidents were documented in the logs.

The Show Must Go On
Just before 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22, police were called to the scene of a two vehicle accident on College Road. By the time police arrived, a family member had already responded to the scene and taken a 10-year old girl to the for a dance recital. Emergency personnel responded to the school to evaluate the girl, as she may have lost consciousness in the collision. She checked out OK.

Dog Bite
Just after 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 23, police received a call from a Thoreau Street resident requesting to speak with the dog officer regarding a bite received from a dog a few days earlier. The reporting party stated he did not seek medical attention, and that the bite did not break the skin or bleed.

Computer Theft
At noon on Friday, police received a call from a Forest Ridge Road resident reporting the theft of her laptop from the the previous day.

Stolen Car Recovered
At approximately 2:45 p.m. on Friday, Concord Police were notified by the State Police Governor's Auto Theft Strike Force of the recovery of a a few days earlier. The vehicle was found on Rogers Avenue in Lynn.
