Senkler Recognized Among Nation's Top Real Estate Professionals By REAL Trends

Brigitte Senkler, a broker affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Concord office, was ranked among the country's top real estate professionals.

Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, congratulates Brigitte Senkler, an award-winning broker affiliated with the company’s office in Concord, for once again ranking among the country’s top real estate professionals based on sales volume. With more than $132.3 million in sales volume in 2014, Senkler was ranked No. 68 in the U.S. by REAL Trends “The Thousand” report, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal.

The annual report ranks America’s top 1,000 residential real estate agents and teams based on 2014 annual sales volume and transaction sides, and this year for the first time also adds the top 500 agents and teams based on average sales price – making it a ranking of the top 1,500 nationwide.

This is the latest honor that Senkler has earned during her nearly 40 years as a real estate professional. Senkler was also identified as the No. 2 Realtor in Massachusetts based on sales volume, according to the 2015 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents list, which ranks the most productive real estate professionals by state based on closed sales volume and transaction sides. Earlier this year, Senkler was recognized among the top 10 of all Coldwell Banker’s real estate professionals in North America for her sales performance in 2014, coming in at No. 9.
