TriCon church donates $5k for new convection oven at Open Table in Maynard

TriCon's Mission Committee voted to commit a one-time grant of $5,000 to Open Table to fund a convection oven for new facility in Maynard

Trinitarian Congregational Church (TriCon) is deeply engaged in social action, mission and outreach. Both collectively and as individuals, the congregation displays a passion for community outreach that infuses the church with a spirit of caring and commitment with ~20% of pledged income supporting Mission and Outreach programs both nationally and internationally.

In November 2016, TriCon's Mission Committee voted to commit a one-time grant of $5,000 to Open Table to fund a convection oven for their new facility in Maynard, MA.

Open Table’s mission is to provide healthy food, friendship, and support to 650 individuals from Concord, Maynard and surrounding communities each week. Guests are welcomed to dinner and the pantry under an “all are welcome, no questions asked” policy with respect for their privacy and dignity. Guests are also provided access to legal and health services.
