WEAR RED to TriCon Church for Pentecost Sunday on May 15th

Red represents the tongues of flames as seen by the apostles and the blood of those who died for their faith.

WEAR RED for Pentecost Sunday!!!!

Please join us at Trinitarian Congregational (TriCon) Church at 54 Walden Street, Concord, MA on Sunday, May 15, 2016 for our 10:00am Laity Worship Service with special guest speakers Betsy Swain, Michele Forinash & Rick Olney.
The service will be held in our Parish Hall (our sanctuary is still under construction getting ready for our new custom built pipe organ). There will be nursery and church school for children up to grade 8.

WHY WEAR RED????
Pentecost is the day that the church celebrates God’s gift of the Holy Spirit. Think of it as Christianity’s birthday! This year Pentecost falls on Sunday, May 15th. The color red is one of the symbols of Pentecost. Red represents the tongues of flames as seen by the apostles and the blood of those who died for their faith. In honor of this significant day in the life of our church, please wear red to worship so that we all might play a supporting role in visually commemorating this most special day!
