The Board of Selectmen voted last week to dissolve the West Concord Task Force and heard from Chris Sgarzi of the Planning Board on the newly established . Selectmen also heard from David Wood of the about potential upgrades to a substation on Forest Ridge Road. The upgrades are needed to keep up with the demand for power in town.
