Sunday, 4/10/16 10:00am worship service across the street @ 51 Walden Street and 11:00am FORUM @ TriCon's Parish Hall following the service

Climate Justice Sunday – Wen Stephenson speaking

Please join us for our 10:00am Sunday worship service with guest speaker Wen Stephenson, followed by a forum with Mr. Stephenson in the church parlor following the service.

Author, independent journalist and climate activist, Wen Stephenson, left his career in mainstream journalism in 2010 to devote himself to sounding the call to action on climate change. He sees the climate crisis as a profoundly moral issue of human rights and social justice comparable to abolitionism in the nineteenth century and civil rights in the twentieth. Mr. Stephenson is a contributing writer for The Nation, a former editor of The Boston Globe and The Atlantic, and the author of the recent book, “What We’re Fighting for Now is Each Other – Dispatches from the Front Lines of Climate Justice.”
