Yelena Halstrom Joins Hammond Residential Concord Team

CONCORD, Mass. (July 8, 2016) – Nora Moran, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Concord office, is pleased to announce that Yelena Halstrom has affiliated with Hammond and will be collaborating with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s 113 Thoreau Street Concord location.

Having previously worked in the healthcare industry as a physical therapist, Halstrom understands the importance of assessing client needs, identifying solutions, and working toward achieving the best possible outcome. Halstrom moved to the United States from St. Petersburg, Russia, over sixteen years ago. A former longtime Carlisle resident, she currently lives in Chelmsford, where she is raising her son. Active within Concord and the surrounding communities, she volunteered as Concord’s Emerson Hospital in the Rehab Department, subsequently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at UMass Lowell. When she’s not working, she can be found spending time with friends and family while enjoying all that the Greater Boston area has to offer.
