Yelena Halstrom Joins Hammond Residential Concord Team
Agent will collaborate with clients from Hammond's 113 Thoreau Street location

Halstrom moved to the United States from St. Petersburg, Russia, over sixteen years ago. A former longtime Carlisle resident, she currently lives in Chelmsford, where she is raising her son. Active within Concord and the surrounding communities, she volunteered as Concord’s Emerson Hospital in the Rehab Department, subsequently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at UMass Lowell. When she’s not working, she can be found spending time with friends and family while enjoying all that the Greater Boston area has to offer.
