Dedham Library Shares This Week's Programs

Crafts, book sales, and a Teen Advisory Board are just some of the programs we are offing this week.

  • Friends of the Library Book Sale (Half Price Day) - February 8 at 10:00 am - 7:00 pm; Main Library, 43 Church St., Dedham, MA 02026. Books – Hardcovers, Trades, Mass market paperbacks, Large Print, Children’s and Young Adults’ Audio books – Videos – Music CDs All proceeds from these sales support the Friends of the Dedham Public Library, including the museum passes and children’s programs.
  • Teen Advisory Board (TAB) - February 8 at 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm; Endicott Branch, 257 Mt. Vernon St., Dedham, MA 02026. For Dedham Teens Only! Attend Teen Advisory Board (TAB) meetings to advise library staff on what kind of events and clubs should be run and make recommendations for books, manga, and dvds that should be purchased. Earn 3-4 volunteer hours and enjoy snacks for attending!
  • Tail Waggin’ Tutors: Read to Bliss - February 8 at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm; Main Library, 43 Church St., Dedham, MA 02026. Bliss is a certified therapy dog; children read to Bliss in a quiet comfortable atmosphere. Call 781-751-9283 to schedule an appointment.
  • Drop-in Story Time - February 9 at 10:30 am - 11:30 am; Main Library, 43 Church St., Dedham, MA 02026
