Dedham Police Log: Larceny, Stolen Vehicle, and More

August 22
10:08 a.m. - Police made two arrests at Sears on Route 1. Tiarra Perez, 19 and Daniel McLean. 30, were charged with larceny over $250.
12:32 p.m. - An officer near BJ’s Wholesale Club on Route 1 noticed a woman approaching motorists in their vehicles and passing out flyers. After learning that the woman didn’t have permission to be there, the officer talked to the woman who said she wasn’t aware that she couldn’t solicit in the lot. She told the officer that an employee that collects the carriages said it was ok but the officer pointed to a sign that said “No Soliciting.”

2:16 p.m. - Balinda Cooper, 46, was arrested at Sears on Route 1 and charged with larceny over $250.
August 24
1:54 p.m. - A caller reported two men throwing rocks at cars on Bridge Street. An officer located two young men who admitted to throwing pennies into the road and kicking rocks. The kids were transported and released into the custody of one of the boys’ mothers.
4:29 p.m. - A stolen vehicle was reported at Bank of America on Route 1.
