August 8

9:54 a.m. - Michael Arthar, 23, was arrested on Highland Street and charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony and receiving stolen property.

August 10

12:39 a.m. - A vehicle break-in was reported on Common Street.

August 12

2:19 a.m. - Two cars racing at Legacy Place were reported. Despite an initial report that said the cars drove through a barrier, the only thing damaged was caution tape strung between two cones.

8:12 a.m. - A stolen pocketbook was reported at Dunkin’ Donuts on Route 1.
