12:22 p.m. - Matthew Bresnahan, 26, was arrested on Veterans Road
12:52 p.m. - Police responded to a reported shoplifting incident at Stop & Shop on Route 1. The male suspect, James Watson, 51, was located in loss prevention and charged with his third shoplifting by concealing merchandise offense. He also had an active warrant.

5:45 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Sprague Street, Cesar Martinez, 41, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
