Four Businesses Face Possible Liquor License Violation Hearings

The selectmen will vote next week about possible hearings for the alleged violations.

DEDHAM, MA — Four establishments in Dedham could be told to come in front of the selectmen for allegedly committing a liquor license violation.

Thursday, the board will hold a discussion and possible vote on hearings for Victory Bar & Grill, Legal C Bar, Aquitaine, Showcase Cinema. The discussion is set for 8:25 p.m., according to the agenda for the meeting.

If the board votes to go forward with the hearings, testimony will be heard from police and the businesses regarding the alleged violation. If the board finds that a violation did occur, they can suspend the liquor licenses for the businesses.

In other board business, the selectmen will have a discussion on the entertainment license and special appearances for Hooters, vote on the liquor license for Muse Paintbar, and vote on a change of manager for Legal C Bar.

Thursday's meeting at Town Hall starts at 7 p.m.
