Four Vying For Two School Committee Seats
There are two other contested races on the town-wide portion of the town election ballot.

DEDHAM, MA — With two open seats, the school committee race is the highlight of this year's town election.
Four residents have made the ballot in the contested race. Joshua Donati, Mellissa Pearrow, Daniel Giacalone, and Stephen Boudette are all vying for the two seats on the committee. Chairperson Susan Butler and committee member Tom Ryan are not running for re-election.
Selectmen Dennis Guilfoyle and Dennis Teehan Jr. are unopposed in their re-election bids.

There are two more contested races on the town-wide ballot. Daniel O'Neil Jr. and Robert Desmond are running to become a commissioner of trust funds while Jonathan Briggs, Clarissa Robyn, and incumbent James Maher are seeking two seats on the parks and recreation commission.
The Dedham Town Election is scheduled for April 8.
