- Talk & Demo by Norfolk County Register of Deeds - January 25 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm; Main Library, 43 Church St., Dedham, MA. The Register will speak about the historical nature of the Registry and the Register’s efforts to modernize and computerize the vast number of Norfolk County real estate records. The Register will also speak about the various consumer initiatives at the Registry. Following his remarks, the Register will be available to answer individual questions. Members of the Register’s staff will also be available to assist in providing information about the Massachusetts Homestead Act. On-site work stations will be available to provide the status of a mortgage discharge, print a copy of your deed or provide a demonstration on how the Registry’s On-Line Land Records Database works.

- Pinterest Crafters Club: Mixed Media Art - January 27 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm; Main Library, 43 Church St., Dedham, MA 02026. The last Wednesday of the month we will be holding the Pinterest Crafters Club at the Main Library at 7pm. **January 27th we will be making art from mixed media including old books, paint, and canvas.** We will supply all materials, you just need to bring the creativity. You will need creativity for this art project because what you do with the material is completely up to you! **Program will be limited to the first 20 adults.
