Man Wanted in Dedham Larceny Arrested in Lowell Case
Robert P. Dooley III, of Salem, was arraigned in Lowell District Court Tuesday.

LOWELL, MA - A man wanted in a Dedham larceny case was arrested in Lowell Tuesday.
Robert P. Dooley III, of Salem, was arraigned in Lowell District Court and pleaded not guilty to two counts of larceny over $250, according to the Lowell Sun. He is free on personal recognizance.
Dooley is accused of targeting Lowes home improvement stores in Lowell by obtaining refunds for stolen replacement windows according to the Lowell Sun.

In the last two months, Dooley was named a suspect or had criminal complaints filed against him in Dedham, Woburn, and Westboro for similar cases in those towns.
Between 2002 and 2005, Dooley used a similar scheme in Home Depots in nine states. He was convicted of stealing $330,000 worth of merchandise.

In 2007, he pleaded guilty to wire fraud and was sentenced to five years in federal prison and three years of supervised release.
